Fatima is the HR and marketing manager for New Angels Senior Secondary School, Pratapgarh. Prior to that she has a teaching experience of over 7 years as a PGT for the commerce stream and has also served as a school administrator. In addition, she is also the President of Alliance Club, Pratapgarh - A club dedicated to social causes and welfare that organises events and drives for tree plantation, cloth distribution, free education camps, etc.

Students from there are either unaware of their own potential, talents, and skills or unaware of the tools and information needed to pursue the career they hope to. The need for career counselling is a necessity for these students. It will give them the opportunity to pursue a career that will help them move up the social ladder.

It is our aim to focus on students from tier 3 cities where both awareness and opportunity about careers outside the conventional choices are unexplored. We want our students to understand that no matter the circumstances, there is a way to pursue their dreams.
